Margaret Greenhill

Margaret started her Real Estate career when she and her husband decided to sell their service station business in Shirley. Margaret loved to listen and talk to her clients while seeing to their needs, and later on realised it was a natural progression from selling them petrol to selling their most valuable asset — their home.

Margaret has gained a lot of experience over the last 14 years having worked for two other major companies before settling 4 years ago with Diane Astle Realty.

Margaret believes in the 1% + $450 + gst selling fee and will continue to give her clients the very best service she has always given to her clients over the years.

Margaret's initial presentation was excellent and her personality was lovely. Margaret was very good at our negotiations and made everything very clear and this helped us a lot. We won't be going anywhere else now. Thank you for that. She is a very hard worker who always looked nice and was always punctual and honest, which made us feel relaxed.
