We will liase with you, interview potential clients sign up your property management, collect your rent and bond. Deposit rent and bond in a trust account which is audited. Complete all the paper work and chase arrears should the occassion arise. You will receive honest feed back, impact marketing including our own magazine The Gold Collection, the highest return we can achieve, professional account management and dedicated service to you and your tenant.
An inspection will be undertaken at the start of the management including photographs, on going inspections will be conducted through out the tenancy with written reports to our landlords.
